Most of my work is centred on helping clients with Leadership. In my experience, leadership is easy to talk about, hard to sustain but underlies many client issues with capability. My expertise lies in diagnosing what is, and is not, happening and helping clients find a new path for sustainable success, including their bottom line results. I help develop new leadership capability at every level, either through facilitated workshops, structured training or 1:1 coaching, whichever is going to get the client the best result.
As a former HR Director in Aviation, I can rapidly assess and bring new insights to help integrate your people strategy to maximise capability. As a psychologist by training I have access to a range of frameworks and tools which can be applied as required.
